Return Policy

By purchasing our products, you agree to the Terms and Conditions and a clear understanding that we are selling products containing CBD (Cannabidiol) derived from Industrial Hemp Oil. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. CBD Apothecary Inc. is 100% committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations. Since these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims to any benefits for products containing Cannabidiol (CBD). Upon purchasing our products, you are purchasing products with the understanding the present status of CBD (Cannabidiol) products.

Refund Policy
To be eligible for a Refund: requests for Refunds/Returns must be made within 7 days. Items must be returned to our facility within 30 days of purchase and must be Unopened, Unused and Returned in the original packaging. Items that have been opened and used can be returned with a 50% Disposal/Restocking fee. This will be deducted from the pending Refund.
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 10 business days of receiving the returned product(s) and applied directly to the payment method that was used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 business days to completely process after the refund has been initiated. Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment for the corresponding order.

Shipping Back Your Return
To return your product, please contact us when your have delivery Information and mail back to the return address on the initial order. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. All Shipping costs are not refundable. All refunds will be having any initial shipping costs deducted from the refund (if applicable)

Sale Items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items are eligible for Refunds/Returns.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a Gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a Gift Credit for the value of the return. Once the return item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Damage Due to Shipping
All our products are tested for quality and carefully inspected before leaving our facility. Upon delivery of your order, please check carefully to make sure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information and a full description of the damage to the product.

What is the return policy?
All products come with a 30-day money back guarantee. Please contact our Customer Service Dept. directly  contact@cbdapothecary.com for the appropriate refund, credit, or exchange.

What are my shipping options?
Ground shipping will arrive in 2-7  days depending on the final destination.

  • Ground deliveries shipping to a business will deliver Monday-Fridays.
  • Ground deliveries shipping to a residential address will deliver Tuesday-Saturday.

Express shipping will arrive in 2 business days however this does not include weekends. For example, if you place an order on a thursday the packed party will arrive at it's final destination on Monday.

Overnight shipping is now available! If you order by 2pm CST your order will go out the same day to arrive the following business day. Overnight shipping will only deliver Monday - Friday.

Can I ship a packed party outside of the US?
No! We currently can only ship domestically.

What if I accidentally put the wrong ship to address?
We definitely understand that this happens. If we are notified prior to shipping the package we will update the shipping information. Once a package is sent out it takes roughly 2 weeks to be sent back to the CBD store warehouse.

A CBD Apothecary employee will contact you for a new 'Ship To' address as well as payment information to reship your order. There is a $14 charge to change the address of your package once it's been shipped to the initial address.

Shipments that are ‘returned to sender’ or undeliverable are subject to additional shipping and handling costs.

Does the CBD Apothecary ship inside another package or show up just as shown?
All packages show up just as shown in photos.

Is shipping included?
Free Shipping on all orders over$75.00 otherwise shipping will be an additional charge and price is subject to change depending on where the package is being shipped to.

How quickly will my CBD order be sent?
Packages will ship within 2 business days from our warehouse in Chicago, Illinois. Orders placed after 2pm CST are not guaranteed to be processed until the following business day.

What if my package comes damaged?
If your package is delivered damaged please email us at contact@cbdapothecary.com and send photos of your damaged package and we will file a claim withthe carrier and determine next steps.

Can I ship to APO and FPO addresses?
Absolutely! We love supporting our military and their families worldwide. All CBD Apothecary is shipped to APO and FPO boxes are shipped with the US postal service. We are always happy to include a special note to any military orders. If you have any questions email us at contact@cbdapothecary.com
